From concept – We visit you, talk to you, listen to you and prepare concept plans and estimates based on our discussion.

To completion – Our step by step guide lets you know what to expect in each stage of the construction process.

And beyond – We won’t forget you once the project is completed if anything needs attention we will be there to assist you at the earliest possible time.

At ONL you aren’t just a number

At ONL Constructions we are probably a lot like you.  We are not a large construction firm doing hundreds of similar extensions and renovations every year and relying on site managers to ensure that the job gets done.  At ONL we do a limited number of quality individual extensions and renovations each year and every project is personally supervised by our proprietor Chris O’Neill.

Each home owner and every job is special and individual to us and we will not take on more work than we can properly service.  If Chris feels that he cannot service a job adequately we will not take on the project.
